摘要
PTA装置TT - 1131吸附塔不锈钢废气入口管多次腐蚀穿孔 ,根据外观检查、金相分析、电子探针X射线显微分析 ,确认管线腐蚀是由于增设旋风分离器后 ,管内介质状态由细雾状变为露状 ,加上分离效果差和管线焊接质量等原因产生的HBr露点腐蚀所致 ,去掉旋风分离器后 。
The waste gas stainless steel pipeline of TT-1131 absorber in PTA unit failed many times. The visual inspection, metallographic analysis and X ray examination confirmed that the failure was caused by the dew point corrosion resulting from dew status of the media in the pipeline after the a cyclone separator was installed in addition to the poor separation efficiency and welding quality of the pipeline. The operation came to normal after the cyclone separator was removed.
