摘要
针对ARGG装置四旋至临界流速喷嘴间烟气管道开裂情况 ,分析了腐蚀失效机理 ,指出硝脆、硫酸露点腐蚀和诸多应力的存在使烟气管道产生了应力腐蚀开裂。将原设计的两路管道改为一路 ,避免冷壁产生 。
The corrosion failure mechanism was analyzed based upon the cracking of the flue gas pipeline between VI cyclone to critical velocity nozzle in ARGG unit. It was pointed that the corrosion cracking occurred because of nitrate embrittlement, dew point corrosion of sulfuric acid and existence of various stresses. The elimination of the cold wall by combining two pipelines into one has controlled the stress corrosion.
