摘要
简述了CCD复泣噪声产生的机理,并从理论上分析了CCSH电路对输入的两种不同信号(采样信号和非采样信号)的传递特性,建立了CCSH-LPF(低通滤波器)系统,对其特性进行了测试,实验结果与理论分析有较好的一致性.
The mechanism of reset noise is described briefly. The transferring characteristics of CCSH oircuit for two different input signals——sampled and non-sampled signals are deduced theoretically. A CCSH-LPF system is set up and the characteristics of CCSH system are measured. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
