对中国实现宪法权威的几点思考

Some Ideas about Realizing the Authority of Constitution in China

宪法权威大致包含三层基本含义 :宪法至上 ;宪法至真 ;宪法至信。笔者对此加以概述后 ,结合我国宪政实际 ,对在中国如何完全树立宪法权威 ,作了几点思考 :政治与宪法、法律的关系 ;政党行为法治化 ;

The authority of constitution approximately contains three implications: constitution is supreme, constitution is genuine,and constitution is believed in. After outlining these, the writer integrates the realities about constitutionalism, and inquires into what has to be done to fully realize the authority of constitution in China: the relations between politics and constitution and laws, actions of political parties being ruled by law, and the establishment of examining systems against the violation of the constitution.
