The role and executive project of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems

目的 论述PACS在医学影像诊断中的价值。方法 介绍PACS的构成及关键技术 ,分析PACS的现状及发展方向 ,对医院(主要针对中等规模的医院)实现PACS进行探讨。结果 认为医院实现和发展PACS是必然趋势 ,并应遵循DICOM3.0标准。结论 PACS还将在传统医学影像学向现代数字化医学影像学过渡过程中扮演极其重要角色。

Objective To discuss the value of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems(PACS). Methods Introduce the constitutes and key technique, analyse the piesent status and development of PACS, research the executive projects in hospitals(mainly aim at middle-scale hospital). Result Realize and develop PACS according to the standard of DICOM3.0 is essential trend in hospital. Conclusion PACS will play a important role in the transition of traditional medical imageology to contemporary digital medical imageology.
