摘要
目的 :通过兔颈总动脉球囊损伤模型 ,观察内皮素 (ET)抗血清对损伤动脉内膜增生的影响 ,以寻找预防动脉损伤后内膜增生的新途径。方法 :设立假手术组、对照组、ET抗血清组。ET抗血清组术后按 0 5ml/kg/d自耳缘静脉给予ET抗血清 ,假手术组及对照组给同等量的正常兔血清 ,观察术后2周各组血浆 6 -keto-PGF1α、TXB2 水平、血管增殖指数及血管内膜厚度和管腔狭窄度。结果 :1 血浆6 -keto -PGF1α水平 :ET抗血清组显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,2 血浆TXB2 水平 :ET抗血清组显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。 3 损伤侧血管增殖指数 :各组均显著高于假手术组 (P <0 0 1) ,ET抗血清组显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。 4 对照组损伤侧血管内膜厚度、截面积、管腔狭窄度均显著高于假手术组 (P <0 0 1) ,而ET抗血清组上述指标均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :ET抗血清抑制动脉内膜的增生。
Objective: To study the effect of ET antiserum on the arterial intimal hyperplasia after balloon injury.Methods:Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:sham-operation(S)group,control(C)group,and ET antiserum(E)group,each n=6.ET antiserum was given to 6 rabbits(0.5ml/kg/d iv)after the right carotid arteries were injured by 3.6F balloon catheter.The control group,6 rabbits underwent same balloon injury but the normal serum of rabbits was given.Result:1.Lever of plasma 6-keto-PGF1α14 day after injury:E group was significantly higher than C group(P<0.01).2.Lever of plasma TXB2,E group was significantly lower than C group,Cgroup was significantly higher than S group(P<0.01)3.Proliferation index:E group and C group were significantly higher than S group(P<0.01),E group was significantly lower C groups(P<0.01).4.Mean thickness and area of neointimal,extent of lumen stenosis:C group was significantly higher than S group(P<0.01),E group was significantly lower than C group(P<0.01).Conclusion:ET antiserum inhibits intimal thickening after balloon injury.
