摘要
用HgCdTe室温双光子吸收双稳态实现了100ns(FWHM)10.6μm的CO_2激光脉冲整形器,整形范围为425～1000kW/cm^2,允许脉冲波型的子脉冲振荡超过30MHz.
100ns width (FWHM)CO_2 laser pulse shaping using HgCdTe optical bistable device at room temperature is reportod. The unstable pulses which have subpulse oscillation with a frequency over 30MHz are shaped into smooth pulses temporally.
