摘要
目的应用同种异体冷冻干燥脱钙骨植入特发性脊柱侧凸矫形内固定术病人,探讨特发性脊柱侧凸矫形术骨融合问题。方法32例特发性脊柱侧凸患者,Cabb氏角42°~76°,矫形内固定后在植骨区域去骨皮质形成粗糙面,椎板及关节突,横突处植入长条状同种异体冷冻干燥脱钙骨。结果32例病人术后9~18个月随访,摄X线片显示植骨区域骨痂生长,未见假关节形成,内固定拆除术后3个月摄X线片,2例病人回复脊柱侧凸12°。结论同种异体冷冻干燥脱钙骨与植入自体骨一样产生相同的成骨效应。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of spinal fusion utilizing demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft(DFDBA) during adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) surgery.Methods 32 AIS patients were reviewed.Cobb angles ranged from 42 degrees to 76 degrees. After internal fixation, DFDBA were implanted on the sites where cortex of bone had been removed, including lamina of vertebra, articular process, transverse process. Rusults All patients radiographically documented fusion without developing pseudarthrosis during follow-up period(range 9-18 months).After being removed internal fixation device, it was only 2 patients whose correction curse come back 12 degrees at 3-months follow-up.Conclusion DFDBA has the same osteogenic effect compares with autograft bone.
