异体脱钙骨基质颗粒复合骨水泥修复兔下颌骨缺损的放射影像学和组织学研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨异体脱钙骨基质颗粒和骨水泥复合修复下颌骨骨缺损的效果。方法用异体脱钙骨基质颗粒复合骨水泥修复兔右下颌骨的骨缺损,左侧单纯植入骨水泥做对照。分别于术后不同时间行X-射线照相、99mTc-MDP骨扫描、组织学观察。结果4周开始形成骨痂,12周骨痂最丰富,24周复合材料与宿主骨边缘模糊,边缘部分的异体脱钙骨基质颗粒被新生骨替代,并与宿主骨融合。结论异体脱钙骨基质颗粒和骨水泥复合易塑形,还具有生物学活性,是修复下颌骨缺损的理想材料。 Objective To investigate the effects of the repair with decalcified bone matrix (DBM) and bone cement (BC) combined for the lower jowbone defect of rabbits. Methods The DBM and BC was prepared lower jowbone defect. Then the defect in the lower jowbone of rabbits and the composite material was transplanted in. The lower jowbon were examined by X-ray,99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy, histology at different postoperative time. Results The callus was found at the first month and its amount was most abundant at the third month by X-ray examination. The new blood vessels and new bones were formed in the composite material and that were confirmed by 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy and histology. The new bone in the edge were connected with the normal bone. Conclusions The composite material could be remodeled easily and the new blood vessels could growth into because there were a large amount irregular gaps in it.
