摘要
目的探讨肌腱中内源性IGF-1表达的动态变化情况。方法豚鼠70只,随机分组,运动组予以1~6周长跑训练,训练结束后分别检测肌腱中IGF-1mRNA、总NDA、总RNA含量。结果肌腱中IGF-1mRNA含量在运动第1周即显著增加,第3周达到高峰,之后缓慢下降,第6周仍高于对照组;DNA、RNA含量在第5、6周均高于对照组,相互之间无明显差异。结论IGF-1在运动所致肌腱的适应性改建过程中可能具有重要作用。
Objective To study the dynamic variation of IGF-1 in tendon during exercise. Methods Seventy guinea pigs were divided into 7groups randomly, and the experimental groups were subjected to running exercise for 1~6 weeks. IGF-1mRNA,DNA,RNA content were detected.Result IGF-1mRNA content increased significantly at the first week,and peaking at the third week, then decreased gradually, but it was still higher than that of the control group till the sixth week. Conclusion IGF-1 maybe play an important role during the reconstruction of the tendon during exercise.
