摘要
目的研究垫枕治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折中胸腰椎小关节的力学分布状况。方法采用生物力学光弹性实验方法。结果当病椎椎体上下小关节稳定时,治疗时垫枕当以一个病椎椎体宽度时为宜。若病椎椎体上下小关节不稳定时,不宜施加水平牵引力。结论垫枕宽度和施加水平牵引力与骨折复位有密切联系。
Objective To study the distributed law of the intervertebral facets in the thoraco-lumbar spine when using the pillow to treat flexion fracture.Method We used the biomechanics method of photoelastic experiment.Result The result showed that would be good if the pillow was as broad as the fractured vertebra when the intervertebral facets around the vertebra is stable,when the intervertebral facets around the fractured vertebra are unstable,do not using traction.Conclusion There is close relation between pillow width traction and reduction.
