右侧脑肿瘤患者空间认知功能障碍的研究

Study of cognitive function on cases with right cerebral tumor

目的探讨右侧大脑肿瘤患者认知功能障碍的特点。方法采用认知侧化成套测验(CLB)对26例右侧大脑肿瘤患者(实验组)及正常对照组进行研究。结果实验组4项空间认知能力测验成绩明显低于对照组(P<0.05),4项语言-序贯能力测验成绩中系列声音分测验成绩明显低于对照组(P<0.05),余3项成绩与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组认知功能测化商数为负值,说明左半球信息加工能力基本正常。结论右侧大脑肿瘤对患者的空间认知能力有影响,CLB可以作为评估其认知功能障碍的一种方法。

Objective To explore the cognitive features of the patients with right cerebral tumor.Method A case control study was carried out using the Cognitive Laterality Battery(CLB) of neuropsychological test,based on 26 diagnosed right cerebral hemisphere tumor patients.Result Compared with the control group,the right cerebral tumor cases's test results of the 4 visuospatial abilities decreased significantly(P< 0.05),the results of serial sounds of the 4 sequential-verbal abilities also decreased significantly(P< 0.05),but the other tests not (P >0.05).The Cognitive Laterality Quotient(CLQ) of the case group was negative,it means that the patients's information production abilities of left hemisphere was normal.Conclusion The visuospatial skills of the patients with right cerebral tumor was affected.We can assess the cognitive function of the patients with right cerebral tumor by CLB.
