脑卒中后抑郁大鼠模型的建立

Setting up a rat model of poststroked epression

目的尝试建立脑卒中后抑郁(poststrokedepression,PSD)的动物模型,为PSD的深入研究创造条件。方法在复制双肾双夹肾性高血压大鼠(RHR)模型和大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)皮层梗死模型的基础上,采用孤养法建立PSD大鼠物模型。结果MCAO孤养组大鼠与对照组大鼠比较,其活动性、兴趣和快感明显降低,容易绝望。结论在RHR基础上建立的MCAO皮层梗死后孤养组大鼠是较理想的PSD动物模型。

Objective Try to set up a model of poststroke dep ression for the goal of the further study on poststroke depression.Method Set up a poststroke depression rat mo del by using of separated living meth od on the base of the model of RHR and MCAO cortical infarction model.Result The level of activity,interest and h appiness of the separation group were obvious lower than the control grou p,and might despair easily.Conclusion The separated rat model set up on the b asis of RHR and MCAO cortical infarction is a suitable animal model of poststroke depression.
