慢性次声暴露对豚鼠下位听觉通路形态学的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察慢性次声暴露对豚鼠耳蜗核、内侧膝状体、上橄榄复合体、下丘等下位听觉通路结构的细胞组织形态学的影响。方法豚鼠在接受次声暴露条件为8Hz、120dBSPL、1次/d、2h/次、共30d的暴露后,通过透射电镜等方法,观察豚鼠下位听觉通路结构的细胞组织形态学和超微结构的变化情况。结果慢性次声暴露后透射电镜下形态学观察可见细胞内细胞器减少,胞浆空化,形成大量空泡并融合呈气球样变形;线粒体肿胀浑浊,呈球形,电子密度降低,线粒体嵴断裂或缺失形成空泡;核糖体减少;高尔基体融合;内质网水肿扩张;脂褐素沉积;血管周围组织细胞水肿更为明显。结论次声对听觉系统的作用具有多层次、全方位的特点。 Objective To explore the effects of infrasoud o n the morphological changes of the lo wer central auditory pathways in gui nea pigs.Methods After exposed to infrasound stimula tion with 8Hz,120dB SPL,2h /time,1t ime /d for continued 30days,the morp hological changes of the lower central auditory pathways of guinea pigs were observ ed by optical and electric microscop y.Results The result show that neuronal edema,swelling of mitochondria,dilation of endoplasmic recticulum,a lot of lipofusin,degenera ted axons and increased lysosomes wa s obsevered in HC,CN,SOC,MGB and IC.Conclusion These results indicated that injury at auditory system is omnidirection al and far-ranging.
