老年痴呆、老年抑郁症、健康老人的脑电图、脑电地形图比较研究

The difference of electroencephalo gram(EEG)and brain electrical activity map(BEAM)among Alzheimer' s,elder depression and healthy normal control

目的比较老年痴呆(Alzheimer'sdisease,AD)与老年抑郁症患者脑电图(EEG)、脑电地形图(BEAM)变化特点。方法针对AD(n=51),老年抑郁症(n=53)患者和健康老人(n=35)进行EEG、BEAM检查比较。结果AD组EEG、BEAM改变,特别是慢波、慢波相对功率谱(饼形图)变化均明显于老年抑郁症组和健康老人组,统计处理呈显著差异(P<0.001),老年抑郁症与健康老人组间EEG、BEAM比较无明显差异。结论EEG、BEAM检查有助于AD与老年抑郁症早期鉴别诊断。

Objective To compare the changes of electroencephalogram(EEG)and brain electrical activity map(BEAM)in patients with Alzheimer's disease versus elder patients with major depression.Method To check the EEG and BEAM of 51cases of AD patients,53cases of elder depression and 35cases of normal and then compare their changes.Result The changes of slow waves and slow wav e relative power spectrum had significant difference in AD groups versus elder patients with major depression and normal cont rol(P<0.001),there was no significant difference between the group of elder patients with major depression and normal control.Conclusion The changes of EEG and BEAM aid to discriminate Alzheimer's disease from elder depression early.
