应对方式和社会支持对行血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者心理状况的影响

The effect of coping style and social supports on the psychologic status of end-stage renal disease patients w ith hemodialysis treatment

目的研究心理社会因素对终末期肾病(End-stagerenaldisease,ESRD)行血液透析治疗患者心理状况的影响。方法使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、应对方式调查表(MCMQ)、社会支持评定量表(PSSS)对43例ESRD行血液透析治疗患者作调查研究,并作相关性分析和多元回归分析。结果(1)较多采用消极应对方式的血液透析患者其心理状况较差;(2)获得较多社会支持的血透患者其心理状况较好;(3)血透患者的文化程度越高,其心理状况越好。结论进行血透治疗的ESRD患者,有必要加强心理社会干预,以改善患者的心理状况。

Objective To study the effect of coping style an d social supports on the psychologic status of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)patients with hemodialysis treatme nt.Methods 43ESRD patients with hemodialysis t reatment were assessed with Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depressive Scale(SDS),Medical coping Modes Questionnair e(MCMQ)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Data were analysed in a multiple correlation /regression analysis.Results Firstly,in ESRD patients with hemodialysis t reatment,significant corre-lations were found between psycholo gic status and coping style.Secondl y,there were significant negative c orrelations between psychologic status and social support,the level of know ledge.Conclusions Findings indicate that the psycho-s ocial intervention should be emphasized in ESRD patients with hemodialysis treatme nt to improve their psychologic status.
