纸基农用地膜的开发及应用

Development and Application of the Paper Mulch

介绍了以植物纤维原料为主的农用纸基地膜的研制与应用。采用常规造纸工艺,以草浆配加部分木浆,添加适当助剂或辅料,首先生产地膜原纸,然后选用适宜的透明助剂对原纸进行涂布,纸膜具有较好的干、湿强度和透明度。经实地种植试验表明,纸基地膜的各项使用性能与塑料地膜基本相当。

The agricultural mulch made mainly of cellulose fibers was developed.The mulch was manufactured with grass and wood pulp through the conventional papermaking process.The base paper was made on the paper machine at first,then it was coated with prop-er transparent agent.The better dry strength,wet strength,transparency and biodegradation behavior were achieved in this kind of mulch.The field test for cucumber and tomato farming of the paper mulch also showed that its functional property was comparable with that of the plastic mulch.The development of cellulose base mulch is an effective way to diminish the pollution caused by the plastic films.
