采用挤压-扩散置换设备提高麦草浆黑液提取率

摘要 介绍了安徽造纸厂对麦草浆黑液提取工艺及设备进行改造的情况。结果表明,采用挤压-扩散置换设备组合进行麦草浆黑液提取不仅有利于提高黑液的提取率、黑液的温度和浓度及浆的洗净度,而且还可以提高生产能力并节约用水。从而有效地减少了污染物排放量,获得较好的社会效益。 The practical experience of Anhui Paper Mill shows that the application of extrusion and diffusion-displacement equipment to extract black liquor from wheat straw brown stock,not only can increase the extraction rate of black liquor,the temperature and concentration of black liquor and the cleanliness of the pulp,but also can increase production capacity and decrease water consumption.Therefore,the pollutant discharge is reduced effectively and social and economic profits are also improved.
