摘要
采用单对双孔径方法测量系统的线性度,在数据处理中对比较参考值进行逐级修正,应用于某一红外系统时,线性度校正精度达2×10^(-4)透射单位.
One-pair double-aperture is used to measure the linearity of the infrared radiation measurement system. The application of cascade modifying method improves the nonlinearity measurement accuracy. The result shows that the deviation of linearity correction for an infrared system (2.5μm to 50μm) reaches 2×10^(-4) transmittance unit.
