摘要 采用622nm和550nm双波长比色法测定高粱中支链淀粉 ,运用微波溶解溶胀淀粉 ,测定结果 :标准曲线线性相关系数R趋于1,相对误差仅为0.25 %。测定结果的重复性。 The amylopectin of sorghum was determined by dual wavelength of 622 nm and 550 nm colorimetry through the liquifation and swelling of the amylum by microwave radiation and the determination results indicated that the linearly dependent coefficient of standard curve-R went to 1 and the relative error was only 0.25 %. The repetitiveness and stability of the determination results by this method was better than that by single wave length method.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
