摘要
改革开放的近20年来中国啤酒业实现了飞速发展 ,到2000年总量达2231.32万吨。随着中国加入WTO ,中国啤酒又将迎来一个新的发展机遇。目前国内啤酒产量持续增长 ,市场容量紧缩 ,出口逐年下滑 ,中国啤酒走出国门仍然步履维艰。啤酒出口低迷的主要原因在于规模、品牌、管理、技术和营销等与国际相差较远 ,要使我国啤酒业走向世界 ,不仅要靠啤酒企业自身的努力 ,还需要国家有关部门积极调整产业政策 ,在啤酒科研开发。
Beer-brewing industry has achieved great accomplishment and made rapid progress since China′s reformation and by year 2000 the production achieved 22.3132 million tons. China′s entry to WTO in 2001 will bring beer-brewing industry a rare development opportunity. However, the situations of beer-brewing industry nowadays are sustained growth of domestic beer output coupled with austere market capacity and export lettingdown year after year, namely, beer-brewing industry in China has fallen into the plight. The main factors of poor beer export lie in the large gaps between Chinese breweries and international advanced breweries in the fields of enterprise scales, product brands, brewing management, brewing techniques and product marketing etc. Accordingly, further leap of beer-brewing industry in China depends on not only the efforts from the brewery itself but also technical and scientific support from the government and active adjustment of industrial policies by national offices as well.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
