摘要
采用可编程控制器和变频器对普通三相异步电机进行转速、转向的实时控制 ,可以实现环锭捻线机圆锥面短动程等螺距交叉卷绕柔性控制 ,使环锭捻线机实现全面机电一体化改造成为可能。介绍了捻线机卷绕成形运动的组成、对卷绕进行柔性控制的设计方法。
The speed and diversion of the three phase motor are under real time control with the programmable controller and the inverter, so the flexible control of the short stroke, equal pitch, and cross winding on the circular conical surface is realized, and this make it possible that the twisting frame realizes mechanical electrical integration all round. The parts of winding movement of twisting frame, the design of flexible control of winding and the structure and operating principle of the control system are also introduced.
