摘要
采用正交的二次旋转组合试验 ,以小麦为试验材料 ,选择粮食含水率、气流速度和料气浓度比作为试验因子 ,进行能量消耗的测试。对试验结果进行统计计算和方差分析 ,结果表明 :气流速度对能耗影响最大 ,料气浓度比次之 ,物料含水率最小 ;气流速度与能耗成二次抛物线关系 ;料气浓度比与能耗成一次线性关系 ;物料含水率与能耗成二次抛物线关系。
The energy consumption in pneumatic grain conveying was surveyed by the way of an orthogonal quadratic regression rotary combination test, adopting wheat as a testing material, and selecting grain moisture content, air velocity and air-material concentration ratio as the test factors. The results were calculated statistically and analyzed by variance analysis, showing that air velocity had the highest affection on energy consumption, while air-material concentration ratio came the second, and grain moisture content had the lowest affection; the air velocity and grain moisture content bore a relationship of quadratic parabola to energy consumption, while air-material concentration ratio had a linear relationship to energy consumption. Some effective methods for lowering the energy consumption in pneumatic grain conveying were proposed, which provided a theoretical basis for rationally designing and operating the pneumatic conveying systems in grain handling.
