Producing Feed Protein with Xylose Residue Fermented in a Solid State by Mixed Cultures

摘要 研究了木糖渣在厚层通风固态发酵反应器中以AspergillusnigerZU - 11和CandidautilisATCC 92 5 6固态发酵生产饲料蛋白的工艺 ,单因素试验的最佳条件为 :培养时间为 84h ,培养温度为 32℃ ,每 1m3 湿物料的通风量为 1.5m3 /min ,料层厚度为 10cm。在此条件下 ,纤维素降解率达到 6 7.7% ,真蛋白增加量为 6 .2 2 % ,干基中蛋白质含量由 3.5 6 %提高到 2 0 .0 2 % 。 This paper studied the technology for producing feed protein with xylose residue fermented in a solid state by the mixed cultures of Aspergillus niger ZU-11 and Candida Utilis ATCC 9256 inside a pan bioreactor. Based on mono-factor tests, the optimum culture conditions were: initial moisture content 68%; incubation temperature 32 ℃; air flow rate 1.5 m 3/min (WB);substrate thickness 10 cm; fermentation period 84 h. Under the above optimum conditions, the degradation ratio of cellulose were 67.7%. The RPI (Real Protein Increase) was 6.22%. The protein content of final product were increased from 3.56% to 20.02%. Furthermore, the final product contained high activity cellulose.
