双歧杆菌是一种重要的生理性细菌,它对肠上皮细胞的粘附是其发挥生理作用的前提,也是评定益生菌制剂效果的主要指标之一。综述了目前双歧杆菌粘附作用的几个研究阶段,粘附作用的特点———种属特异性、宿主特异性和可逆性,粘附素—受体理论研究状况以及影响粘附作用的几个因素,并展望了未来双歧杆菌粘附作用的研究趋势。

Bifidobacteria are important physiological microbial.They can colonize the intestinal tract and form stable microflora.Their physiological functions include anti tumor,anti old,nutrition and immunity.The adherence to intestinal epithelial cells is prerequisite for physiological functions of bifidobacteria.That is the major target to evaluatc the effects of probiotics.This review contains the study stages of adherence,the characteristies of adherenes that colonization varies dependent upon the specific bacterium to host affinity,individual differences and reversibility,the theory of adherensin receptor and the factors influenced adherence.The studies on adherence of bifidobacteria in the future are included in this review.
