摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中泛酸含量的方法。采用色谱柱为VYDACC18,流动相甲醇∶KH2PO4(0.02mol/L)为1∶9,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为200nm,样液中泛酸与相邻组分间的分离度为1.94,理论塔板数为5673,用外标法测定。结果表明,标准曲线相关系数为0.9908;平均回收率为99.96%;SD为0.729,CV为1.21%。
A method for determination of pantothenic acid in dairy by HPLC is reported.A VYDAC C18 column was used with methanol/water (1∶9) as mobile phase (0 8 mL/min) and the detection was at 200 nm.The interfering components were excluded and the concentration of pantothents acid was determined accurtely,The separation coeffcient was 1.94,ths number of theoretical plate was 5 673.The relative coefficient was 0.990 8 and the recovery 99.96%;the SD in 6 sample by testing was 0.729 and CV 1.21%.
