带式输送机可调转向装置的设计

Design of Adjustable Steering Serrice of Belt Conveyor

介绍了带式输送机可调转向装置的结构及工作原理，研究了转角滚筒及小托辊安装角与平面转角之间的关系，并对转角滚筒的设计进行了探讨。结果表明，使转角滚筒和胶带运行方向成一预定角度，并使胶带在转角滚筒上沿螺旋线轨迹运行，胶带绕经转角滚筒后便可实现输送机和货载的转弯运行。

The structure and operating principle of adjustable steering senvice of belt conveyor is introduces.The relationship between setting angle of turning drum and small roller and turning angle is studied.Design of turning drum is investigated.The results show that there is a preset angle between turning drum and moving direction of belt, and the belt should run along the direction of helix when the belt is wound round the turning drum,and then it can be achieved that the belt conveyor and cargo turn around.
