分析了七煤集团公司洗煤厂浮精煤脱水系统存在的问题 ,并对原有浮精煤脱水该系统进行了改造 ,从而解决了长期困扰选煤生产中滤饼水分偏高的难题 ,消除了滤液对煤泥浮选过程的不利影响 ,取得了显著的经济效益。

Analyze the problems existing in dewatering system of prepared coal at washing plant of Qitaihe Prepared Coal Group,and reform the raw dewatering system so as to solve the difficulties of high moisture content in filter cake in flotation coal production and eliminate the unfavourable influence of filtrate in slurry flotation.It has made great economical benefit.
