摘要
对新型磁力金属带传动的主要性能参数 ,如有效牵引力、传动比及弹性滑动率等进行了分析和数值模拟 ,揭示了这些参数是随磁感应强度、围包角及初张力而变化的规律 .由于电磁力的作用 ,其有效牵引力较普通带传动可提高 4~ 6倍 ,传动比可提高 3~ 4倍 ,而弹性滑动率仅为 0 .0 2 %~ 0 .0 5 % ,因而传动准确 ,效率高 ,传动性能也可得到较大程度的改善 .图 6 ,参
The main performance parameters of magnetic metal belt transmission are analyzed and numerically simulated such as traclion force, transmission ratio and elastic creep ratio. The laws of which these parameters change along with magnetic induction density, angle of contact and initial tension are open out. The results show that the traction force of magnetic metal belt transmission can increase by 4~6 times, the transmission ratio can increase by 3~4 times because of the effect of electromagnetic force, compared with general belt transmission. But its elastic creep ratio is merely 0.02%~0.05%, and so the transmission is precise, the efficiency is higher and the transmission performance is improved to a great extent.6figs.,7refs.
