《Hong Fan》——A Course of Running the Country by Specialists

本文认为 ,夏商时代是我国历史上的专家治国时代。专家时代的产生是由于先民对自然的无知而造成的生存艰难 ,所以专家政治的要义在于如何带领人们认识自然 ,向自然学习 ,以取得生存所必要的生活资料。《洪范》就是专家时代治国方略的大纲和总结 。

The thesis considers that the Xia-Sheng periods were historical times of running the country by specialists at our state.Specialist times were historical product since ignorance of the nature brought existing difficulty by earlier people.The essential of specialist politics rely on how to bring people to understand the nature,learn the nature,in order to obtain necessary life materials.《Hong Fan》 was the outline and summary of general plan of running the country,contrast with the morals times based on the agricultural stability at later periods of history.
