中小学教师继续教育的现状及对策

On the Present Condition of Continuous Education for Teachers in Both Primary and Middle Schools and Its Corresponding Policy

中小学教师继续教育 ,是指对取得教师资格的中小学在职教师为提高思想政治和业务素质进行的培训 ,是为了适应我国基础教育全面推进素质教育的需要。但在实施过程中 ,存在一些困难及问题 ,因此 ,应从激励机制、课程体系、师资队伍、培训方式等方面努力 ,以促进中小学教师继续教育的协调发展。

Continuous education for teachers in both primary and middle schools refers to training in-service teachers who have gained qualifications for teaching with a view to enhancing their political, ideological and professional qualities, This paper analyzes the present condition of continuous education and suggests some tentative ideas of promoting continuous education for teachers in primary and middle schools in incentive system, curriculums, teaching staff, training methods etc.
