摘要
目的观察槭酮对大鼠冠状动脉结扎引起的心肌梗死的影响.方法大鼠冠状动脉结扎法.结果槭酮对缺血大鼠心肌梗死面积有缩小作用,并可一定程度减轻缺血后心电图S-T段的变化.结论槭酮具有一定的抗心肌缺血作用.
Objective To study the effect of general flavone of Mukdenia rossii(Oliv )Koidz to cardiac infarction caused by cardiac infarction.Methods Coronary artery ligation.Results General flavone of Mukdenia rossii(Oliv )Koidz can reduce the area of infection and can also reduce the change of S-T section.Conclusion General flavone of Mukdenia rossii(Oliv )Koidz has some effects of anti-myocardial ischemia.
