移动盲肠症的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment on Mobile Cecum

目的对所诊治的184例移动盲肠症进行临床分析,以提高该病的治愈率.方法单纯缝合固定法、梯形腹膜瓣固定法等.结果治愈率达98.4%.结论采用梯形腹膜瓣固定法固定部分盲肠和升结肠,比较符合正常解剖结构和生理要求,效果理想,无严重并发症.

Objective 184 patients with mobile cecum were treated and analyzed to improve the cure rate.Methods Simple suture and fixed method, staircase peritoneopexy and so on.Results The cure rate reaches to 98.4%.Conclusion The part of cecum and ascending colon were fixed with the method of staircase peritoneopexy, which accords with the demands of normal dissection.
