本文从所有制结构、组织结构、人力资源状况及管理专业化程度等方面考察了中小企业人力资源管理的特点,并提出中小企业人力资源管理的解决方案,即建立企业文化、管理制度与信息化建设“三位一体”的人力资源管理系统。

This study first investigates the original characteristic of human resource management at small&medium enterprises.Based on the above analysis,a systematic settlement of human resource management for small enterprises,which integrates corporation culture,management system,and information system,is given.
