摘要
结合江苏盐城的调研 ,讨论了农区林地使用权评估方法及特点、影响评估价格和成交价格的因素等问题 ,并尝试对评估价与成交价的差异作出合理解释 ,进而对促进农区森林资产评估管理工作提出建议。
The paper discuss the methods and characteristics about evaluation of usufruct of forest land in agricultural zone,factors impacting prices of Evaluation and transaction based on the on-site investigate at Yancheng.And the authors try to give some reasonable explanation in difference between evaluation price and transaction price,also they put up their suggestion on improving administration of forest assets evaluation.
