Researching of the equilibrium theory of fairness and efficiency

如何正确处理公平与效率之间的关系 ,又一次成为我国改革和发展面临的一个焦点问题。我国入世后也使公平与效率如何结合问题有着特别的急迫性。本文提出了关于公平与效率均衡的一般定义和成本 -收益模型。在重点分析公平和效率均衡的必然性的基础上 ,指出了达到公平与效率均衡的最佳路径 ,以及基本结论和需要进一步研究的问题。

How to handle the relationship between the fairness and efficiency has become a bottleneck problem again in the course of the reform and development in China.Since China joined WTO,it has become especially urgent to combine fairness with efficiency.The article presents the general definition of the equilibrium between fairness and efficiency and the Cost-Profit modeles.And then,based on the analysis of the inevitability of the equilibrium between fairness and efficiency,the author offers the best approaches to achieve the equilibrium,and the basic conclusions,as well as questions needed further discussions.
