摘要
老子“无为而治”思想充满了现代管理意识。本文从修身养性 ,知人择人 ,始制有名、亦将知止三方面分析老子“无为而治”思想对现代企业管理者的启示 ,从而提高现代企业管理者的素养、开发人力资源、优化管理实践 ,最终实现“无为而治”的管理。
Lao Tzu*ss thought of'completing without doing a thing'is brimful of modern management ideas. The article analyzes the inspiration of the thought to the modern enterprisers in three respects-- disciplining their temperament, understanding employees and selecting the capable, having names to start and knowing the time to stop. It is beneficial to the improvement of modern enterprisers*s personalities, human resources and management practice. Therefore, they will accomplish the management of'completing without doing a thing'.
