Rethinking on the Reform of Education Teaching in the College

为把新建的本科师范学院建成合格的、有特色的高等学府,既应抓好教育教学的各个常规环节,又应抓好教育教学观念的转变;既应坚持师范教育的主体地位,又应积极、稳妥地拓宽学科专业的发展空间;既应提高管理的科学性、规范性,又应把以德治院作为经常性的工作切实抓好。

In order to make the newly-built teachers college for undergraduates a qualified college with our own characteristics, attentions should be paid to such aspects as follows: every routine education and teaching tache and the concept change of education and teaching; the principal position of teachers education and the developing space for every subject and every major; science and criterion of management and running the college with morals, all of which should be carried out frequently.
