萃取法制备高纯氧化铁红的研究

Preparation of Iron Oxide Red for Extraction

利用工业氯化铁粗品(FeCl3·6H2O),通过有机萃取方法将FeCl3萃取到有机相,使难以分离的微量等杂质留在水相中,达到提纯之目的,后经反萃取至高纯水相,以草酸为沉淀剂分离草酸铁沉淀煅烧分解为氧化铁红,为优质产品氧化铁红生产新途径。

The new purifying technique of iron wxide red by extraction and anti-extraction is introduced. The high-purity product is made by this technique, the new way is provided for the preparation of high-purity iron oxide red.
