摘要
教学管理工作是一个多序列、多层次、多因素的动态过程 ,这个过程的大量工作表现为经常的教务常规管理。管理的好坏 ,直接关系到教学质量的好坏 ,教务常规管理工作涉及的面广、量大、事务纷繁琐碎 ,但它仍有规律可循 。
The admistration of teaching is a dynamic process full of orders,levels and elements which express itself in the usual regular educational administration. The good or bad effect of the administration is related to that of teaching quality. As for educational administration, with its wide aspects, large quantities of work, and its triviality, it still has regularity which ensure the work well organized.
