摘要
本文对矩形光脉冲光电响应后沿拖曳的形成机制进行了详尽的实验研究和理论分析,认为形成该光电响应时滞后曳的主要根源在于光生电子与空穴的多声子慢态复合.我们给出了削减后沿拖曳、提高光电响应速度的有效措施,从而促进解决宽带光通讯的速度瓶颈问题.
Photovoltaic transient responses have been studied in theoretic model and experiments. A new effect has been discovered that will promote the application of new photo-electron cells. We have provided a new measurement in detecting photovoltaic response in the paper.
