"Little Smart" is Challenging the Mobile Market

摘要 电信市场风云变幻,尤其在中国电信、中国网通完成拆分重组、新公司刚刚成立的关键时刻,电信的命运更是牵动万人心.目前中国的移动电话用户已经达到1.6亿户,"小灵通"用户只有500多万户,但是,移动通信已经越来越感觉到来自"小灵通"的压力.据报道,有关官员表示,在全面更新修订的无线电频率划分规定中,1900MHz至1915MHz频段已预留给"小灵通"."小灵通"已经长大了. The telecom market is volatile, especially given the crucial fact that currently the reorganized China telecom and China Netcom have completed split-up and are being put into commercial operation. At this time, the fate of the telecom Industry is drawing our every concern. So far, mobile subscribers in China have amounted to 160 million, but only 5 million users signed up for the 'Little Smart' service. However, the mobile sector is facing an increasingly heavier pressure from 'Little Smart', which seems to be marching into a new wave of full-swing development. With the gradual split-up of China Telecom, the slowed-down growth of fixed revenue and the seemingly out-of-reach mobile license, 'Little Smart' Is regarded as another new service focus and profit growth point of China Telecom. Throughout the country, the service is sweeping back massively and decisively, imposing a great challenge on incumbent mobile carriers like China Mobile and China Unicom, which have been licensed mobile carriers for long.
