摘要
该文通过对典型的CAD软件输出的有限元模型的分析 ,提出了自行火炮有限元参数化建模方法。通过修改节点局部坐标系实施数据转换 ,指出了参数化建模的关键问题 ,编制了相应的转换程序 ,可方便地处理不同的射击工况 ,解决了自行火炮有限元法重复建模的问题。结合某自行火炮进行了参数化建模 ,证明该方法技术途径可行 ,这对解决火炮工程问题具有重要的实用价值。
Based on analysis of the finite element method(FEM) models exported from CAD software, a method for parametrically establishing FEM models for self propelled gun is presented in this paper. Data exchange is realized through modifying local node coordinate system. The key problem of parametric modeling is presented. An exchange code is designed to be conveniently used in dealing with various gun configuration and to avoid the repetition of the modeling processes for self propelled gun. The feasibility of the method can be proved by the parametric FEM modeling for a self propelled gun. The proposed approach is of great importance to artillery engineering practice.
