摘要
以PBTCA、锌盐、阻垢剂EB等为基础 ,运用旋转挂片法和静态阻垢法对某地下重垢水进行缓蚀阻垢研究 ,得到了一种对缓蚀、阻垢性能优良且性能价格比合理的复合缓蚀阻垢剂。利用扫描电子显微镜和X衍射对有无阻垢剂存在条件下垢样的微观形态进行了观察对比 ,进而对复配药剂的阻垢机理进行了初步探讨。
PBTCA, T-325 and ZnSO 4·7H 2O were used to study corrosion and scale inhibition of underground hardwater with the use of rotary coupon test and static scale inhibition test. A highly efficient corrosion and scale inhibition compound with reasonable property price ratio was developed. Time Lapse Video Microscope and X ray Diffraction test were used to observe and compare microcosmic shape and spectrum of scale sample in the condition of scale inhibitor and non scale inhibitor. On the basis of these tests, scale inhibition mechanism was studied.
