摘要
在近几年工程检测与鉴定方面实践的基础上 ,分析了建筑工程质量事故频发的原因 .并进一步提出确保工程质量所需采取的措施 .
On the base of practice in projects test and checkup recently, the reasons for the accidents of project quality are analyzed. The necessary measures to ensure projects quality are brought forward.
