摘要 研究了一侧表面带涂层镜反射、另一表面及各交界面均半透明镜反射时三层吸收性半透明复合层内的辐射与导热瞬态耦合换热 .采用射线踪迹 /节点分析法结合谱带模型和Hottel-Sarofim区域法导出辐射传递系数 ,利用辐射传递系数求解辐射热源项 ,采用全隐格式离散求解瞬态能量方程 .分析显示对于同一复合层 ,不透明表面面对高温辐射热源和半透明表面面对高温辐射热源将对复合层的温度及热流分布产生明显不同的影响 . One-dimensional transient coupled radiative and conductive heat transfer in a three-layer absorbing composite has been investigated in this paper.One surface of the composite is coated but the other is not,and the interfaces of the composite are semitransparent and specular.By using the ray tracing method in combination with Hottel and Sarofim zonal method and spectral band model,the radiative transfer coefficients of the composite,which are used for the calculation of radiative heat source term,are calculated.The transient energy equation is solved by the full implicit control volume method.The analysis shows that,for the same composited,the semitransparent surface facing the high temperature radiant source and the opaque surface facing the high temperature radiant source cause obvious different effects on temperature and heat flux distribution in the composite.
