西部高新企业的发展与风险投资体系的构建

Development of High-and-new Technical Enterprises in Western China and Construction of Risk Investment System

我国西部大开发中高新科技企业的生存和发展是西部经济持续增长的源泉,而高新科技企业的生存和发展必须依赖一个高效率的风险投资体系。长期以来,我国缺乏完善的风险投资体系。本文指出高新科技企业的发展与风险投资之间的关系,提出了构建服务于西部高新科技企业的风险投资体系的建议。

The existence and development of high-and-new technical enterprises in Western China is the source of continual western economic growth, which, however, rely on a high efficient risk investment system but there is no perfect risk investment system yet in China. This article points out the relationship between the development of these enterprises and risk investment system, and puts forward a proposal to set up a risk investment system for these enterprises.
