摘要 选用粤丰 1号和青皮 3号红麻种子为试材 ,进行超干贮藏研究。两品种种子的原始水分分别为 13.6 9%和 10 .72 % ,经日晒降水至 8.37%和 9.10 % ,再用硅胶作干燥剂 ,将粤丰 1号种子水分降至 5 .80 %、4 .6 5 %、3.5 1% ,青皮 3号种子水分降至 6 .4 5 %、5 .2 2 %、4 .5 1%、3.70 %。各水分种子分别密封贮藏于室温和 0~ 5℃低温下 ,11个月后取出种子经室内水分平衡后测定生活力和活力。结果表明 :超干贮藏和低温下适当低水分贮藏 ,均可使红麻种子保持较高生活力和活力。粤丰 1号最佳水分 ,室温下为 4 .6 5 % ,低温下为 8.37% ;青皮 3号最佳水分 ,室温下为 4 .5 1% ,低温下为 9.10 %。 The seeds of kenaf varieties of Yuefeng 1 and Qinpi 3 were selected to study its ultradry storage.The moisture content of these two kind of seeds were dried from 13.69%,10.72% in origin to 8.37%,9.10% under sunshine,then dried down to 5.80%,4.65%,3.51% for Yuefeng 1 and 6.45%,5.22%,4.51%,3.70% for Qinpi 3 with silica gel,respectively.The seeds with different moisture content were stored in the state of airproof at room temperature and low temperature(0~5℃) for 11 months,respectively.Seed viability and vigor were tested after seeds being treated with prehumidification in room.The results showed that the seeds of kenaf had higher viability and vigor when those were stored by both methods of ultradry and optimal low moisture content at low temperature.The best moisture content of Yuefeng 1 were 4.65% at room temperature and 8.37% at low temperature,and that of Qinpi 3 were 4.51%and 9.10%.
