提出我国网络教育实施的优势、现状及由于网络教育的发展所引起的对一般高等院校的挑战;同时也提出了应对挑战的建设性建议。

This article has briefly introduced the advantages and the present situation of the net-education in our country and the challenges faced by the general colleges with the development of net-education.Meanwhile,some constructive sug- gestions are also raised.
