褐壳蛋鸡17个品系种鸡血型测试报告

The Blood-group Detected Report of 17 Parental Lines in Brown Egg-hen

对北京市畜牧局属下 3个种鸡场 17个品系褐壳蛋鸡的血型测试结果表明 :这些鸡种的群体遗传结构明显不同 ,品系间血型基因频率大多差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;各品系血型基因纯合系数视血缘来源不同变化较大 ;各品系血型表型组合类型数普遍较多 ,分布众数也较低 ;品系间遗传距离和系统聚类结果基本上符合这些鸡种的血缘来源及其遗传相似关系。

The detected results of blood group of 17 parental lines in brown egg hen of 3 poultry breeding farms of Beijing Husbandry Bureau were as follows: ①The genetic constitutions of these populations were different and the frequencies of blood group gene of these flocks were significant(P<0.05).②The coefficients of homozygosity of blood group gene in these lines were also variant due to their different origin. ③The blood group phenotypic combined typing numbers were almost more,while their distributive modes were almost less. ④The genetic distances among these lines calculated results and the hierarchical cluster analyses were consistent with these breeds origins and their genetic similarities with each other.These experimental results may be applicable to lineal breeding and to parental selected mating of interlines hybridization in poultry.
